4 Keys To Your Blessing

4 Keys to Your Blessing

4 Keys To Your Blessing

1.  Enduring Faith

Galatians 3:8-9 – (8) Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, and announced the Good News in advance to Abraham: “All nations will be blessed through you.” (9) So those who rely on faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith.

Galatians 3:13 – That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles… through faith.

Hebrews 11:6 – But without faith it is impossible to please God. He that comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of them who diligently seek Him.

Jeremiah 17:7 – Blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in Him.

2.  Continual Praise

2 Chronicles 20:20 (NIV) – As they set out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Listen to me, Judah and people of Jerusalem! Have faith in the LORD your God and you will be established; have faith in his prophets and you will be prosper (be successful).”

2 Chronicles 20:21-22 (NIV) – (21) After consulting the people, Jehoshaphat appointed men to sing to the LORD and to praise him for the splendor of his holiness as they went out at the head of the army, saying: “Give thanks to the LORD, for his love endures forever.”

(22) (NLT) – At the very moment they began to sing and give praise, the LORD caused the armies of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir to start fighting among themselves.

3.  Complete Obedience

Deuteronomy 28:1 (NIV) – If you fully obey the LORD your God and carefully follow all His commands I give you today, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations on the earth.

Your level of obedience determines your level of blessing.

Deuteronomy 28:2-3 (NIV) – (2) All these blessings will come on you and accompany you if you obey the LORD your God: (3) You will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country.

Delayed obedience is disobedience.

4.  Never Give Up

     (Loving, Giving, and Serving)

James 1:12 (NIV) – Blessed is the one who perseveres [never gives up] under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.

(NLT) – God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life…

Matthew 25:40 (NLT) – “And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!”

1 Corinthians 15:58 (NIV) – Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stay firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

1 Corinthians 4:2 – It is required of stewards that a man be found faithful.
